Zephyr Tools 0.3 Released! 🎉

🚀 Exciting Update! 🚀

We've just released a new version of Zephyr Tools for VSCode at Circuit Dojo! 🎉 With the latest updates from NCS 2.7 and Zephyr 3.7, we've made significant improvements:

🆕 Added:

• Configure west runner with Zephyr Tools: Change Runner, including extra params for power users.
• Enable/disable the --sysbuild flag for west build.
• More efficient board search, now compatible with HWMv2.

🔄 Changed:

• No more canceling running tasks for Zephyr Tools: Build and Flash commands, keeping the Serial Monitor alive

Works with all flavors of Zephyr.
